Started my career in hospitality as receptionist in the Holiday Inn Parque Anhembi one of the biggest hotels in Brazil with 780 rooms. It was a big challenge, I learned how to welcome the guests, check-in/out and help the other departments. Was a amazing experience and one of the most importants for me.
My next step in front office was in the Melia Ibirapuera hotel with 350 rooms. I worked 4 years in total, started as a junior and became a senior. At that time I used to do reception routine but I had a plus working with audit in the night shifts, I could learn more about finances and reservations.
My first international experience as a volunteer in a hostel. I could implement some of my skills as receptionist and also learned how to work in the restaurant, housekeeping and reservations.
My funniest experience, Goa is an amazing city to chill and enjoy the season, full of backpackers I did many friend working in Lazy Llama as a volunteer and could learn more about customer service, housekeeping and tourism guide.
